Roger's Class

Yes, it was very imformative. I have been exercising with Roger for at least 5 years. Have been a member of his fitness center for I don't know how long! He makes you feel how important your health is to you and to him. His goal is to keep us living longer with a good lifestyle. He also teaches a "Boot Camp" and we touch every part of our bodies in these workouts. Ask him about boot camp or ask me. I hope to be able to attend most of his classes,

Tuesday Night's Class

I really got a lot out of Roger Campbell's class last night.  I would love to see your comments.  I came away feeling good and with information that will help me stay on course.

I tried the ten-minute colorful bean and vegetable skillet and really liked it. I am trying to make some meals that are meatless and this was a good and hearty on. Keep up the good work on the recipes.
