Welcome to The Allen County Meltdown

Babysitting Available

The Girl Scouts are raising funds for a trip to Savannah later this Spring.  They have arranged to babysit at the Wesley United Methodist Church at 301 E. Madison in Iola during our Meltdown Classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  The fee is $1.00 per hour per child.  If you have more than 3 children the rate is negotiable.  Most of our classes will last between 1 and 2 hours.  We hope this allows you to participate more fully in the Allen County Meltdown II!

Getting offTo a Good Start

Remember being committed to something is half the battle. Call your team mates and do something together like the walking clubs. We are trying to commit to three mornings a week. The classes by Roger Campbell should be fun and help you get started. Hope to see some of you at 6:00pm at the Mary Ellen Stadler Room at ACH

Windsor Spirit

Go team Windsor!!!!!!!! I had walked over 6,000 steps from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. And I am glad that I am trying to live a healthier life. Thanks to Diana and those who support me in all that I do.

The Dr's

On today's episode of The Dr's they are talking about diets and the crazy diets that are out there.

They say that a medium popcorn and a small drink from the movie theatre is that same as eating 3(three) quarter pounders and 12 pats of butter!

Just a little food for thought next time you want to order popcorn and a drink for your movie!
