Holy Cow. it is so hard to loose the weight. When I weighed myself the second time I had gained a pound. I have been eating so much better. No snacks after everyone has gone to bed. I made cabbage soup and ate it for days. I have been not eating red meat and my only carbs have been whole grains and limited to 3 slices of bread daily. I haven't been able to bring myself to exercise, yet. I know that is the key. I have been making and effort to be much more active each day, but, I haven't broken a sweat so far. I know sweating is the key. I will try harder to make that a part of my daily routine.
