Yippee. I lost five pounds this week. That is the good news. the bad news is I went to one of the links for Real Age. My true age is 46, but it calulated my "real age at 61! Ahhh. That really made me take a hard look at all the unhealthy habits and practices I have. My biggest enemy is smoking and sedentary lifestyle. It tells you what you do right and tells you what to do to correct poor habits and how to make better choices. I urge all of you to go to the Real Age Link. It was an eye-opener for me.
