I just wanted to invite with all the meltdowners that we would like to share what we are doing this next week @ Curves. Monday will be our first weigh in of the new year. Thursday @ 7 will be our special topic of "grocery shopping" with the weigh management classes. February topic is "Metabolism". Call to sign up for the class to make sure you get copies of hand outs. We are also open from 8am until 7 pm for anyone to weigh in. You don't have to be a member to come to the classes or use our scales. We are all getting stronger together!!!
