Walk Kansas begins this Sunday, March 7! Team registration packets are available in the Allen County Extension office and are DUE BY 5:00 PM THIS FRIDAY, MARCH 5.
Walk Kansas is a great way to keep your motivation going by forming a team of 6 friends, family or co-workers and working toward the goal of "walking" across Kansas - 423 miles! Any form of physical activity, above and beyond your normal daily routine, counts and is recorded in minutes. 15 minutes of physical activity counts as 1 mile. Walk Kansas can also help you keep on track with your food choices as you record your cups of fruits and veggies and whole grain foods eaten.

Registration is $7/person. Optional Walk Kansas t-shirts are also available for order for an additional fee.
