Wanna Lose Weight?

Wanna lose weight??  Eat breakfast!  If you take apart the word "breakfast," you find the words "break" and "fast." 

Our body, after sleeping, has been fasting anywhere from 8-10 hours, depending on when you ate dinner and when you get up in the morning.  It's extremely important for our health (and weight loss) to "break" that "fast" with a nutritious breakfast!  Think of eating breakfast as fueling your metabolim and giving your body that calorie-burning jump-start it needs.  A great breakfast would include a protein, a whole grain, and a fruit, but any of these separately would be better than nothing at all.  Spend 5 minutes the night before deciding what you'll eat so you don't have that excuse and then get up 10 minutes earlier in the morning.
